A shocking new tactic is emerging on the battlefield in the War on Terror which involves first bombing targets which is then followed by the bombing of first responders attempting to help the victims of first bombings and then finally bombing the funeral were people are gathering to mourn the victims.
Obama’s new tactic of targeting funerals and first responders was fist revealed in a report in a shocking report from the The Bureau of Investigative Journalism in February.
At that time of that report the tactic of bombing funerals or first aid responders was known only to have been used separately from each other.
The three-day bombing spree that started this Saturday in Pakistan establishes a pattern in which repeated the use of these tactics in conjunction with in an attempt to flush a single target out of hiding.
The bombings so far are confirmed to have killed at least 27 people and started with two separate attacks.
The first was the dropping of 6 bombs on a two individuals said to be riding a motor bike.
The second attack involved bombing a mosque during worship in an attack that destroyed nearby houses which followed multiple strikes on homes the previous day.
When police and first aid responders attempt to retrieved and help the wounded from the wreckage they were bombed.
Then private gatherings to mourn the dead were held because public funeral are often bombed by the Americans and those gatherings were bombed as well.
Finally on Tuesday, the US government reported that Monday’s bombings took out the intended target.
In order to put these bombings in context, please watch the following video.
Many visualize these bombings to small targeted bombings because the propagandists have repeatedly used words such as “strike”, “precision”, “targeted”, “guided” to create such a visualization in our head.
This is not the case at all and as you can see in the video below these “drone strikes” drop massive bombs that can take out entire city blocks.
In fact, there are many reports of a bomb taking out a mosque and several surrounding homes containing entire families.

This is premeditated, as Jeremy Scahill of the Nation puts it, mass murder of innocent civilians which is being repeatedly being ordered personally by President Obama with the tactics progressively getting more sickening.

Multiple reports indicate that two missiles were used in the attack that killed al-Libi. The Los Angeles Times indicates that both a house and a vehicle were destroyed, adding to the possibility raised in the Express Tribune article I quoted on Monday that the second missile may have been aimed at rescuers responding to the first. The Times article says that all three drone attacks Saturday, Sunday and Monday were targeted at al-Libi:

- In February, the Bureau of Investigative Journalism documented that after the U.S. kills people with drones in Pakistan, it then targets for death those who show up at the scene to rescue the survivors and retrieve the bodies, as well as those who gather to mourn the dead at funerals: “the CIA’s drone campaign in Pakistan has killed dozens of civilians who had gone to help rescue victims or were attending funerals.” As The New York Times summarized those findings: “at least 50 civilians had been killed in follow-up strikes after they rushed to help those hit by a drone-fired missile” while “the bureau counted more than 20 other civilians killed in strikes on funerals.”
- This repellent practice continues. Over the last three days, the U.S. has launched three separate drone strikes in Pakistan: one on each day. As The Guardian reports, the U.S. has killed between 20 and 30 people in these strikes, the last of which, early this morning, killed between 8 and 15. It was the second strike, on Sunday, that targeted mournersgathered to grieve those killed in the first strike:

- Note that there is no suggestion, even from the “officials” on which these media reports (as usual) rely, that the dead man was a Terrorist or even a “militant.” He was simply receiving condolences for his dead brother. But pursuant to the standards embraced by President Obama, the brother without knowing anything about him is inherently deemed a “combatant” and therefore a legitimate target for death solely by virtue of being a “military-age male in a strike zone.” Of course, killing family members of bombing targets is nothing new for this President: let’s recall the still-unresolved question of why Anwar Awlaki’s 16-year-old American son, Abdulrahman, was killed by a U.S. drone attack in Yemen two weeks after his father was killed.

- The CIA’s drone campaign in Pakistan has killed dozens of civilians who had gone to help rescue victims or were attending funerals, an investigation by the Bureau for the Sunday Times has revealed.
- The findings are published just days after President Obama claimed that the drone campaign in Pakistan was a ‘targeted, focused effort’ that ‘has not caused a huge number of civilian casualties.’

A three month investigation including eye witness reports has found evidence that at least 50 civilians were killed in follow-up strikes when they had gone to help victims. - A US drone targeted a compound believed to be used by militant commanders Mullah Nazir and Commander Malang in the Wocha Dana Beermal area of South Waziristan.
- While officials in various intelligence agencies have confirmed al-Libi’s death, officials in the United States endorsed that al-Libi was the target of Monday’s drone strike. There has not been any confirmation or rejection of the report by al Qaeda yet. According to reports, the militants had gathered in the compound to condole the death of Malang’s brother who was killed the previous day in a drone attack in the same area.
- The CIA had targeted Libi with three separate drone-launched missile attacks over three days, finally succeeding early Monday in strikes that destroyed a house and a vehicle, U.S. and Pakistani officials said.
- Reports from Pakistan said as many as 15 people were killed in the drone strikes. The U.S. official said that figure was “wildly inaccurate” and insisted that the death toll was “less than a handful.”
- American officials said that Mr. Libi was the only person who died in the attack, although others were present in the compound. A tribesman from the area, speaking by phone and citing Taliban sources, said that three to five militants had been killed. But he agreed that no civilians had died because there had been no public funerals in the area.

The 52-year-old left a letter at the scene that states, “The state of Israel stole from me and robbed me. It left me helpless.”
“Two Housing and Construction Ministry committees rejected me, even though I had a stroke.”
In the letter, he blames “the state of Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz, for the humiliation that the weakened citizens go through every day, taking from the poor and giving to the rich.
“I can’t afford medication or rent. I paid millions in tax, I served in the army and in the reserves until I was 46. I won’t be homeless and that is why I am protesting against all the wrongs the state imposes on people like me,” he wrote.
Thousands demonstrated in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa and several other Israeli cities today to mark the one-year anniversary of the social protests.
Ofer Barkan, an activist from Haifa, told Haaretz that the man was an activist in last year’s protests and he had threatened to set himself on fire several times.
“We met him last summer. He was a completely normative person who lived in Tel Aviv, but then his business went under,” Barkan said. “He became a cab driver and suffered a stroke which left him unemployed. He moved from Tel Aviv to Haifa because he could not afford life in the city.”
According to Haaretz, protesters will hold a rally for the man Sunday in Haifa.

Additional responses were received from Dr Naftali Fried, CPA (Isr), who is listed as an IS audit expert on the "Red Phone" of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Mr Doron Ronen, CPA (Isr), President of ISACA - Israel Chapter, the Israeli Information Systems Audit and Control Association. Dr Zernik had requested that they opine on alleged fraud in the 2012 Audit Letter for ComSign, signed by Accountant Erez Shefler CPA (Isr), which is part of conduct that undermines the integrity of all legal records of the State of Israel. Both CPAs responded in a similar manner - that they could and should not opine on the matter. In his reply today, Dr Zernik proposed that they consider providing the opposite statement, if true in their professional opinon: "Considering only the records, which were linked to Dr Joseph Zernik's requests for opinions, any claim of fraud in the 2012 Erez Shefler, CPA (Isr) Audit Letter of ComSign is without any merit." Dr Fried refuses to provide such statement, either. Some of ComSign's largest clients are the Israeli courts, the Ministry of Justice, and the Israeli Stock and Exchange Commission. However, after reviewing thousands of judicial records and other legal public records of the State of Israel, a single, publicly accessible, valid certified electronic signature is yet to be discovered. [3]
The recent requests for opinions by CPAs are part of system-wide survey of the responses by governmental and non-governmental agencies in the State of Israel, in view of overwhelming evidence of large-scale fraud in the electronic records systems of the courts and justice system, as documented in Human Rights Alert 2012 submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations. [4] The submission is titled, "Integrity, or lack thereof, of the electronic record systems of the courts of the State of Israel." [5]
Both CPAs, Dr Fried and Mr Ronen, responded in a similar manner - that they could and should not opine on the matter.
In his reply today, Dr Zernik challenged such responses, and claimed that he had provided sufficient public records to enable the expert CPAs to conclude that:
Therefore, Dr Zernik suggested that the two CPAs at least opine on the opposite statement, if it indeed reflected their professional opinions, in order to maintain public confidence: "Considering only the records, which were linked to Dr Joseph Zernik's requests for opinions, any claim of fraud in the 2012 Erez Shefler, CPA (Isr) Audit Letter of ComSign is without any merit."
Dr Naftali Fried has since responded, and clarified that he did not intend to respond on the request for the opposite statement, either.
Still noted for his failure to respond is Doron Copman, CPA (Isr), President, Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
"Compromising the integrity of legal public records of the State of Israel poses serious threat to Human Rights and the financial markets," concludes Dr Zernik.

Jerusalem and Los Angeles, July 12 -Dr Naftali Fried, CPA (Isr), listed IS Audit Expert under the "Red Phone" of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Mr Doron Ronen, CPA (Isr), President of ISACA - Israel Chapter, the Israeli Information Systems Audit and Control Association, refuse to provide their opinions, regarding alleged fraud in the 2012 Audit Letter for ComSign, signed by Accountant Erez Shefler CPA (Isr), which is part of conduct that undermines the integrity of all legal records of the State of Israel. [1,2]
Some of ComSign's largest clients are the Israeli courts, the Ministry of Justice, and the Israeli Stock and Exchange Commission. However, after reviewing thousands of judicial records and other legal public records of the State of Israel, a single, publicly accessible, valid certified electronic signature is yet to be discovered. [3]
The recent requests for opinions by CPAs are part of system-wide survey of the responses by governmental and non-governmental agencies in the State of Israel, in view of overwhelming evidence of large-scale fraud in the electronic records systems of the courts and justice system, as documented in Human Rights Alert 2012 submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations. [4] The submission is titled, "Integrity, or lack thereof, of the electronic record systems of the courts of the State of Israel." [5]
Both CPAs, Dr Fried and Mr Ronen, responded in a similar manner - that they could and should not opine on the matter.
In his reply today, Dr Zernik challenged such responses, and claimed that he had provided sufficient public records to enable the expert CPAs to conclude that:
- ComSign, LTD, was established as sole Certifying Authority of the State of Israel through conduct, involving Attorneys HaCohen and Ashkenazi, usurping the office of Registrar of Certifying Authorities, while neither of them was lawfully appointed to that office. Moreover, one of the them, HaCohen, was on the record with a Conflict of Interest statement.
- ComSign, LTD, in its correspondence with Mozilla, the non profit browser maker, acknowledged that its lawful auditing body (had it been lawfully established as Certifying Authority) would have been the office of "Registrar of Certifying Authorities" in the Ministry of Justice of the State of Israel. Moreover, ComSign, LTD claimed that such audit records existed. In response to request for such records with English translation, ComSign, LTD, provided the 2012 Erez Shefler, CPA (Isr) Audit Letter. The letter itself failed to refer to the purported audit papers of the Ministry of Justice. The letter claimed that ComSign, LTD, was "regulated" by the Ministry of Justice, and that Erez Shefler, CPA (Isr) was the lawful auditor of ComSign, LTD.
Therefore, Dr Zernik suggested that the two CPAs at least opine on the opposite statement, if it indeed reflected their professional opinions, in order to maintain public confidence: "Considering only the records, which were linked to Dr Joseph Zernik's requests for opinions, any claim of fraud in the 2012 Erez Shefler, CPA (Isr) Audit Letter of ComSign is without any merit."
Dr Naftali Fried has since responded, and clarified that he did not intend to respond on the request for the opposite statement, either.
Still noted for his failure to respond is Doron Copman, CPA (Isr), President, Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
"Compromising the integrity of legal public records of the State of Israel poses serious threat to Human Rights and the financial markets," concludes Dr Zernik.

Mr Peled is one of three experts, listed under "IS Audit" on the "Red Phone" of the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

- With others, was/is part of a attempted fraud/serious fraud on the People, which undermines the integrity of all government records of the State of Israel.
As evidence of the fraud in the 2012 Audit Letter of ComSign, Dr Zernik provided a list of corporate and public legal records, pertaining to ComSign LTD, and the manner in which it was established as sole certifying authority for the State of Israel by Attorneys Yoram HaCohen and Amit Ashkenazi from the Ministry of Justice, with no lawful authority, relative to the Electronic Signature Act (2001). [8]
"Effectively, ComSign, with help from Attorneys Yoram HaCohen and Amit Ashkenazi from the Ministry of Justice, hacked the digital seal of the State of Israel," sums it Dr Zernik.
The CPAs' opinions have been requested in support of an intended complaint against CPA Erez Shefler, who signed the 2012 Audit Letter. Help was also requested in identifying mechanisms for initiating the complaint procedure with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or any other mechanism for initiating peer-review and enforcement of ethics and/or professional standards or rules among certified accounts in Israel.
Of the four CPAs, to whom the requests were forwarded, so far only Mr Doron Ronen, President of the Israeli Information Systems Audit and Control Association - the Israel Branch of ISACA, has confirmed the receipt of the request for opinion.
Human Rights Alert's research, pointing to fraud in the conduct of ComSign and others, was based on data mining methods. The findings come as an epilogue to media reports from recent years, documenting the controversy surrounding the "privatization" of the certification authority of government electronic signature services, and delegation of the authority to ComSign. [9]
The recent requests for opinions by CPAs are part of system-wide survey of the responses by governmental and non-governmental agencies in the State of Israel, in view of overwhelming evidence of large-scale fraud in the electronic records systems of the courts and justice system, as documented in Human Rights Alert 2012 submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations. Responses by governmental and non-governmental agencies so far include:The findings, regarding lack of integrity in the electronic record systems of the courts of the State of Israel, are subject of a paper, recently peer-reviewed and selected for presentation in an international data analytics conference. [14] Dr Zernik's research regarding the electronic record systems of the courts and prisons in the United States and Israel had been previously peer-reviewed, published and presented in a data mining conference in Europe in 2010 [15,16] and in the 16th World Criminology Congress in 2011, Kobe, Japan, [17,18] among other venues.
- The Supreme Court - conducted simulated reviews on petitions, which challenged the validity of its own electronic records and provided falsified hand-certifications on the respective decisions, while denying access to the electronic records in the case management system of the Supreme Court, out of compliance with the law of the State of Israel and the Supreme Court's own recent decisions regarding access to judicial records.
- The Administration of Courts - responded by denying the Freedom of Information request for the Appointment Record of the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court by invoking an exemption for "records of internal deliberation". Later the Administration of Courts refused to respond, with no legal foundation, on additional Freedom of Information requests.
- The State Ombudsman - who in 2010 published his own audit of the electronic record systems of the courts and ministry of justice, refused to comment on the 2012 submission to the United Nations.
- Members of Knesset (legislature) refused to comment, or provide assistance in obtaining Freedom of Information responses by the Administration of Courts.
- The current and two former Ministers of Justice - refused to comment on the 2012 submission to the United Nations.
- Three notable Israeli Computing/Encryption Experts - examined parts of the evidence. All three expressed alarm and serious concerns. One of the three also forwarded a request for Halachic (Jewish law) ruling by a prominent authority - Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz: Is the Supreme Court of the State of Israel engaged in large scale public deception?
- Several Israeli Legal Scholars - also provided helpful consultations.
- The Israeli Bar Association - so far failed to respond on request for comments on the 2012 Human Rights Alert submission. Both the Tel Aviv and Jerusalem offices have so far failed to confirm logging of the ethics complaints, filed against Attorneys Yoram HaCohen and Amit Ashkenazi for their parts in the affair. [12]
- The Israel Chamber of System Analysts - has not responded on request for comments on the Human Rights Alert (NGO) 2012 submission, but one of the members of the Chamber posted a comment on the discussion board of the Chamber, regarding the submission, "Should be published in Hebrew in Israeli media NEWS." [capitals in the original - jz] [13]
Combined, the findings of the Human Rights Alert (NGO) 2012 submission present an alternate narrative, regarding the history the justice system of the State of Israel over the past couple of decade. During years, which were and are touted as the height of the "Constitutional Revolution", [19] the State of Israel entered a constitutional crisis, resulting from deliberate corruption of the judicial process by the judiciary and others, concomitantly with the introduction of new electronic record systems in the courts.
Similar events, relative to corruption of the state and federal courts in the United States, had taken place a couple of decades earlier, and are now manifested in widespread violations of Human Rights, the financial crisis, and civil unrest. [20]
The 2012 Human Rights Alert submission, regarding the State of Israel, recommends:
1. The electronic records systems of the courts should be examined, repaired, and validated by Israeli computing and legal experts, under accountability to the legislature.
2. A Truth and Reconciliation Commission should be established relative to conduct of members of the judiciary and the legal profession, who were involved in undermining the integrity of the systems;
3. No court of any nation should be permitted to develop and implement its own electronic record systems.

On a more serious note, I am playing with mapping the extent of unannounced censorship in Israel.
For example, my previous art classic, "Luv at Half Doze," was effectively excluded from wireless networks in Israel, probably through applications secretly built into the various mobile cellular platforms, which block some terms in index searches.
