We've been covering for a while now how Senators Ron Wyden and Mark Udall have been very concerned over the secret interpretation the feds have of one piece of the PATRIOT Act. They've been trying to pressure the government into publicly explaining how they interpret the law, because they believe that it directly contrasts how most of the public (and many elected officials) believe the feds are interpreting the law. While the two Senators continue to put pressure on the feds and to hint at the feds' interpretation, just the fact that the government won't even explain its own interpretation of the law seems ridiculous.

1) The idea of creating a new Inspector General for the US judiciary is not mine, but that of respectable congressmen.  I consider it ludicrous, as detailed below.

2) Regarding your contention pertaining to the US Department of Justice Inspector General, that "he does an excellent job"...  Let me differ, based on my fully documented personal experience:

• I have previously filed a request with US Attorney General and FBI Director for Equal Protection of the 10 million residents of Los Angeles County, California, in view of indisputable evidence of widespread public corruption and racketeering by judges.
• Both offices refused to respond.
• Consequently, Senator Dianne Feinstein and Congresswoman Diane Watson filed Congressional Inquiries on these two offices on my behalf, asking for responses on my request.
• Then Director of the US Attorneys Office Kenneth Melson ("Fast and Furious") and FBI Assistant Director for Criminal Investigation Kenneth Kaiser then responded to the US Congress.
• Upon review of their responses, I claimed that they committed fraud on the US Congress, and therefore filed a complaint with the US DOJ IG.
• The US DOJ IG refused to respond on my complaint.
• Senator Dianne Feinstein then filed a Congressional Inquiry on the US DOJ IG on my behalf, asking for response on my complaint.
• The US DOJ IG has not responded on the complaint to this date .

On the other hand, I fully agree with the quote you provided below.  Given the current constitutional crisis, which resulted from the widespread corruption of the judiciary, and as seen in recent events in town-squares across the United States, enforcement in this case would likely have to be by the People...

The US Congress must start to perform its duties, if the US is to ever emerge from the current crisis.  One should recall that emerging from the Robber Baron Era (late 19th century - early 20th century) was coincidental with major reform of the US judiciary by the US Congress in the early 20th century.

We need to establish a network of People's reporting.  Highest priority reporting pertains to radiation and persons' unusual deaths or disappearances.

I see people from around the world on a daily basis, particularly from Europe.  The overall mood is somewhat anxious, sometimes desperate, but always no trust of government and corporate media information.


There is also a real concern regarding repression of the People's internet communications. [1]  


Recent events surrounding Assange and Wikileaks, and blackout of the Occupy Wall Street events demonstrate the ease with which news are manipulated today. [2] Corporate control of news media and access to digital information enable easy flooding of the networks with false data, to the point that the authentic data will simply be drowned.

Therefore, the need for more people's reporting is obvious.

I believe that the most urgent areas, where independent reporting is needed are:


  a) Radiation levels

• A couple of weeks ago there an accident in the Marcoule, France, where one person was "carbonized" and four others seriously hurt. It was for a few hours on the news, in a minor way, then covered up as "industrial", "non-nuclear" accident.  There is no way that I know of to get independent radiation data from Europe.  However, media reported that the French are notorious for cheating on radiation problems, as seen during the Chernobyl disaster:  Germany reported a cloud of radioactivity passing over it, but the French claimed there was no radiation in France (but it reached England and North America).  Coincidentally, France's nuclear industry is one of the biggest in the world.
• The same problem was seen of course also in Japan, where eventually some international monitors got involved in measuring radiation, because the Japanese data were not trusted by people inside or outside Japan. 

People believe that one way or another (civil or military), there is a real risk of a nuclear disaster in Europe, where there are nuclear plants going back to the early 50's, which are still in operation.


  b) Unusual deaths or disappearances of persons

• There is widespread fear, for obvious reasons, regarding the loss of fundamental Human Rights in "western democracies".
• With economic collapse, repression is likely to dramatically intensify. 

The technology:


There is of course a need to consult experts in the various fields.


As first approximation:


In order to create an independent network of reporters, it may be necessary to generate short reports, to be posted anonymously online, providing the general area from which they were derived.  Such reports may be a few seconds worth of video (e.g. of your radiation gauge, which you can get today for a few dollars.  It does not have to be the most accurate, as long as you operate it in a consistent manner).


In order to make any such reporting worthwhile, it must be launched well in advance, on a routine basis (e.g. every week, every several weeks...), so that there is sufficient baseline data to detect manipulations, falsifications, etc, through statistical analysis.


Separately, there is a need for reporting (anonymous or not), by people, who have the freedom to travel to various parts of the world on business or pleasure, in order to improve data authenticity. [3]


Needless to say, the issues outlined above are part of the setting in of the Medieval-Digital Era. [4]

Several police officers in northern Mexico allowed a violent drug gang to hold kidnap victims in the local jail while ransom payments were being negotiated, an official has said.

Four police officers from Juárez, a suburb of the city of Monterrey, are being held pending further investigation, said Jorge Domene, the security spokesman for Nuevo León state.

The scandal came to light this week when state and federal police freed two kidnapping victims from jail cells in Juárez. Investigators believe that the victims were abducted by the extremely violent Zetas cartel and that the officers were working for the Zetas, Domene said.

Lloyd's of London Pulls Deposits From Banks on Debt Crisis

Lloyd's of London, concerned European governments may be unable to support lenders in a worsening debt crisis, has pulled deposits in some peripheral economies as the European Central Bank provided dollars to one euro-area institution.

"There are a lot of banks who, because of the uncertainty around Europe, the market has stopped using to place deposits with," Luke Savage, finance director of the world's oldest insurance market, said today in a phone interview. "If you're worried the government itself might be at risk, then you're certainly worried the banks could be taken down with them."

New York City - Wednesday, October 5 constituted the largest mass action so far in support of the Occupy Wall Street activists who have established a base camp in Zuccotti Park in Lower Manhattan. The evening march, which counted as many as 10,000-20,000 participants, included many new supporters and a large number of union workers from National Nurses United, the Transport Workers Union, Services Workers International Union, the Teamsters as well as the city’s teachers' and public service employees' unions, among others.....
As the demonstrators shouted on Broadway while the NYPD moved to bludgeon, mace and cuff them, “The whole world is watching!” With solidarity demonstrations ( and arrests) in at least 75 American cities and worldwide, the whole world is indeed watching this small Lower Manhattan park.
