Recent news from Israel's Chief Banking Regulator, and a new OECD report against highlight the basic facts: Under Stanley Fischer, Israeli Banking Regulation was thoroughly corrupted with help from the courts. Israeli banks today are placed above the law of the State of Israel, subservient to the US global surveillance apparatus, and engage in looting of the people of the State of Israel through the courts... In parallel, Israel has reached the distinction of the OECD's nation with highest poverty level. In short: A "mini-me" of the United States...

OccupyTLV, March 19 - Israeli media today published the 2014 OECD data, again showing Israel with the highest poverty levels among 34 member nations. [1,2]
And in recent days, Israeli media published news that Israeli Chief Banking Regulators Dudu Zaquen told Israeli banks to comply with US law (FATCA) starting July 1, 2014, regardless of whether Israel and the US have entered an inter government agreement on such law. [3,4]
Accordingly, Israeli banks will routinely and unlawfully share data regarding their clients with the US surveillance apparatus.
Such announcement by Israel's Banking Regulator highlights the fraud in Stanley Fischer's conduct in January 2013, when as Governor of Bank of Israel Fischer refused to provide equal protection to this writer against the Israeli Bank HaPoalim, BM, which unlawfully took his savings with full knowledge of the bank's most senior management. Fischer claimed that such conduct was authorized by the US law - FATCA - when such law was no in effect in the United States, and surely not in Israel. [5] At that time Washington DC attorney and FATCA expert James Jatras issued an opinion that Fischer's response "does not make sense at all". [6]
Attempt to gain protection against Bank HaPoalim through a petition to the Israeli High Court of Justice - to compel Fischer to perform his duties - was foiled though fraud in court process by Magistrate LIat BenMelech and then "Chief Clerk" (impostor) Sarah LIfschitz. [7]
Bank HaPoalim, BM, returned the savings deposit money only after request for protection was filed with the German government. [8]
As seen in the Chief Banking Regulator announcement, nothing has changed since Fischer's departure and Karnit Flug's appointment as Governor of Bank of Israel.
Israeli banks have been engaged in systematic looting of the people of the State of Israel over the past decade, through medieval-style debtors courts, where about half the residents of the State of Israel are under process today, and where any notion of Due Process is entirely ignored. [9]
Additionally, corporate "haircuts" and bankruptcies are conducted in the courts in disregard of Due Process, where banks are routinely favored over the small savers - bond-holders. [10]
Combined, under the slogans of "Deregulation" and "Privatization", Israeli society has been transformed over the past 10-20 years. to the point of soaring poverty, homelessness, and affordable housing and cost of living.
In short: In the years since the assassination of Prime Minister Rabin, the government of Israel, through US imports, such as Stanley Fischer - former Governor of Bank of Israel, and Eugene Kandel - head of the National Economic Council at the Prime Minister's Office, has mimicked the key ingredients of the key elements of the fraud and corruption, underlying the socio-econmomic crisis in the United States.

הודעתו האחרונה של המפקח על הבנקים מדגישה את ההונאה שבהתנהלותו של סטנלי פישר כנגיד בנקי ישראל בינואר 2013. פישר סירב לספק הגנה שווה תחת החוק לכותב שורות אלה נגד ההנהלה הבכירה של בנק הפועלים בע"מ, שלקחה במשיכה את כל חסכונותיו של כותב שורות אלה, בטוענת שווא של קיום החוק האמריקאי (FATCA) - שלא היה אז בר תוקף בארה"ב, ובוודאי שלא בישראל. [5] בשעתו, עו"ד ג'יימס ג'טרס מוושינגטון די.סי. מומחה לענייני החוק הנ"ל, הנפיק חוות דעת שמה שכתב פישר הוא "חסר שחר". [6]
נסיונות להגנה מפני התנהלות שודדית זאת של בנק הפועלים על ידי עתירה לבג"ץ - לחייב את סטנלי פישר לפעול על פי חוקי מדינת ישראל - הוכשלה על ידי הונאה בבית המשפט הגבוה לצדק על ידי רשמת ליאת בנמלך ו"מזכירה ראשית" (מתחזית) אז שרה ליפשיץ. [7]
בנק הפועלים בע"מ החזיר בסופו של דבר את כספי חסכונותיו של כותב שורות אלה רק לאחר בקשת הגנה ממשלת גרמניה. [8]
כפי שמסתבר מן ההודעה האחרונה מהפיקוח על הבנקים, תחת הנגידה קרנית פלוג לא חל כל שינוי בענין זה.
הבנקים בישראל עוסקים בשוד שיטתי של העם בישראל בעשור האחרון דרך לשכות ההוצאה לפועל, המתנהלות כמו בתי דין לחייבים מימי הביניים. כמחצית מתושבי מדינת ישראל כפופים היום להליכים מסוג זה, בהם מפרים רשויות המדינה את בסיסי ההליך ההוגן. [9]
הונאות ענק אחרות מתנהלות בבתי המשפט תחת תיקי "תספורות" ו"פירוקים" של חברות, (רבים מהם בבית המשפט המחוזי ת"א) בהם מפלים שופטים באופן קבוע בין הנושים, לטובת נושים ממסדיים - כגון בנקים - ולרעת החוסכים הקטנים - מחזיקי אג"ח. [10]
בסה"כ, תחת ססמאות תלושות של "דרגולציה" ו"הפרטה", עברה החברה בישראל בשנים שמאז רצח רבין, שינוי מהותי המצטיין בעוני מחריף,, ריבוי דרי הרחוב וחסרי הבית, ועלויות מרקיעות של הדיור ויוקר המחיה.
בקיצור: בעזרת יבוא מארה"ב, כגון סטנלי פישר - נגיד בנק ישראל לשעבר, ויוג'ין קנדל - יו"ר המועצה הכלכלית במשרד ראש הממשלה, ממשלת ישראל מחקה בשיטתיות את המרכיבים המרכזיים בהונאות והשחיתות העומדים במרכז המשבר החברתי -כלכלי בארה"ב.
