| [עברית להלן] Occupy Tel-Aviv, January 6 - recent events in the United States, detailed in the short piece below, reminded me of the last days before my escape from the United States in April 2010. In the weeks before the deadline for the first ever review of Human Rights in the United States by the United Nations, I was constantly threatened. And then attempts were made by US Marshals to apprehend me, as a "Threat" to the United States courts. They knew what I was writing, since the UN protocol required that I submit my draft report to the State Department and solicit its response. During that entire period, I got no help whatsoever from family and friends. It was total strangers, as usual, who saved my liberty, and possibly my life. A person, whom I never met or communicated with before, a US expat in Belgium, wrote to me a few months earlier, and told me that he read my blog, and that I must prepare my escape route... I acted accordingly, prepared valid passports, some cash, and two alternative escape routes. On my last night in the United States I was late out. When I returned, my neighbors told me that US Marshals were there, and looked eager to shoot. The neighbors begged me to turn myself in, since they were afraid to be caught in the fire. I took some cash and went to the airport. I was sure that I was on the no flight list, which was already in effect then against "terrorists". But I was not. I took the first flight out of California, to Indiana, and from there to Israel. To this date I don't understand how they let me slip out. Later, I got an email note from Deputy US Marshal Darcy Smith, who was supposed to apprehend me, "Fool me once - shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me...". People hear only about the few whistleblowers, who managed to escape, like Snowden, or those whose trials were covered by media, like Manning. Many others were killed, physically harmed, or imprisoned. I did manage to submit my report on time to Geneva. It focused only on Los Angeles County, and only on two issues: * Large-scale false imprisonment of innocent persons, and * Racketeering in the courts by judges, attorneys and bankers. Later, when I checked the UN records, I discovered to my surprise that most of the reports, submitted by attorneys, working full time for established organizations, were ignored. My report was reviewed and was incorporated into the first ever UN report on Human Rights in the United States with the note, "Corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California." Corruption of the courts and the legal profession is central to the current socio-economic crisis both in the US and Israel. +++
מאהל המחאה ת"א, 6 לינואר - המאורעות המתוארים במאמר הקצר להלן, הזכירו לי את הימים האחרונם לפני בריחתי מארה"ב באפריל, 2010.
בשבועות לפני המועד הסופי להגשת חומר לבדיקה הראשונה בהסטוריה של זכויות האדם בארה"ב על ידי האו"ם, הייתי נתון לאיומים מתמידים. ואז החלו נסיונות לתפוס אותי על ידי סוכני המרשל הפדרליים, כביכול כ"איום על בתי המשפט הפדרליים". הרשויות ידעו מה אני כותב, כיוון שעל פי הפרוטוקול של האו"ם, הייתי חייב להגיש את הטיוטה למשרד החוץ האמריקאי ולבקש את תגובתו.
במשך כל תקופה זאת, לא קיבלתי כל עזרה ממשפחה וחברים. כרגיל, היו אלה זרים גמורים שהצילו את חירותי, ואולי את חיי.
אדם אותו לא היכרתי ושאיתו לא תקשרתי מעולם, אזרח ארה"ב שמצא מקלט בבלגיה, שלח לי הודעה מספר חודשים קודם לכן, שקרא את הבלוג שלי, ושעלי להכין את נתיב הבריחה... פעלתי בהתאם, הכנתי דרכונים ומזומנים. ותכננתי שני מסלולי בריחה חלופיים.
בלילה האחרון בארה"ב ביליתי עד מאוחר. כשחזרתי הביתה, השכנים אמרו לי שהסוכנים הפדרליים היו שם, ונראה שהם התכוננו לירות. השכנים ביקשו שאסגיר את עצמי, כי פחדו שיפגעו ביריות.
לקחתי כסף, ונסעתי לשדה התעופה. הייתי בטוח שלא יתנו לי לעלות למטוס, כי כבר אז היו רשימות של "טרוריסטים" ,שאסור לתת להם לטוס. אבל התברר שלא הייתי ברשימה. לקחתי את הטיסה הראשונה מלוס אנג'לס - לאינדיאנה ומשם לישראל.
עד היום אינני מבין איך הצלחתי לצאת משם.
מאוחר יותר, קיבלתי דוא"ל מהסוכנת הפדרלית שהייתה אמורה לאסור אותי, שאמרה: "סידרת אותי פעם אחת - בושה עליך, סידרת אותי פעם שנייה - בושה עלי..."
יש הרבה שרקנים בארה"ב, אבל אילו ששומעים עליהם הם רק אלה שהצליחו לברוח, כמו סנודן, או אלה שמשפטם נסקר על ידי העיתונות, כמו מנינג. רבים אחרים הוכו, נאסרו, או נהרגו.
,את החומר לאו"ם הצלחתי להגיש בזמן. הוא היה ממוקד על המצב בלוס אנג'לס בלבד, ורק על שני נושאים:
* מאסרי שווא המוניים לתקופות ארוכות
* פשע מאורגן של צווארון לבן על ידי שופטים, עורכי דין, ובנקאים
מאוחר יותר, כשבדקתי את החומר שהוגש לאו"ם, גיליתי להפתעתי שרוב החומר, שהוגש על ידי עורכי דין שעבדו במשרה מלאה בארגונים שונים, לא זכה לכל התייחסות בדוח הסופי של האו"ם.
לעומת זאת, החומר שכתבתי, נכלל בדו"ח הסופי, עם ההערה: "שחיתות בתי המשפט ומקצוע עריכת הדין, ואפליה באכיפת החוק בקליפורניה".
שחיתות בתי המשפט ומקצוע עריכת הדין היא גורם מרכזי במשבר החברתי-כלכלי הן בישראל והן בארה"ב.

The disappearance of Billl Windsor shows that the situation in the United States is deteriorating much faster than previously appreciated!
RICHARD FINE - former US prosecutor, falsely imprisoned in solitary in Los Angeles (2009-10); ROGER SHULER - beaten and falsely imprisoned in Alabama since October 2013; WILLIAM WINDSOR - producer of the documentary "Lawless America" - fate unknown.

Occupy Tel-Aviv, December 31 - today, news arrived here of the unknown fate of notable US activist WILLIAM WINDSOR - producer of the unreleased documentary "Lawless America" .
And in October this year, we were informed of the beating and false imprisonment of blogger ROGER SHULER in Alabama - continuing to this date.
RICHARD FINE - former US prosecutor, who exposed and rebuked the taking of bribes by all California judges in Los Angeles, was falsely imprisoned in solitary for 18 months in 2009-10.
Let's pray for the Human Rights of the people of the United States, a failed nation, falling into the abyss and posing great risks for the entire world in the process, and in particular - for the peace and welfare of the brave activists, who expose the central role of corruption of the courts and the legal profession in the current socio-economic crisis in the United States!
All three, Richard Fine, Roger Shuler, and Bill Windsor, are activists with whom I collaborated until my escape from the United States under clear and imminent danger...
