Civil Unrest in the United States – Preparing Quick Deployment National and International Observers
The likelihood of civil unrest in the United States is growing, according to both well-recognized political figures and independent analysts.  It is also clear that the state and US governments are fully prepared for such events.  The People must be prepared as well, and the minimal readiness should include a quick deployment informal body of both national and international observers.

With it, it is also clear that the state and US governments are fully prepared for such events. [[iv]]

Therefore, Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO), states: “The People must be prepared as well, and minimal readiness should include a quick deployment informal body of both national and international observers.”
People of good will, worldwide, are called upon to be ready for such mission.  The main objective of such persons, would be to provide trustworthy, personal eyewitness testimonies of what may happen in the very near future in an unknown part of parts of the United States.

Of particular interest are individuals, who due to commerce, academics, or other occupations have multiple entry visas to the United States.  Such persons should be ready, willing, able to leave immediately upon notice of unrest in the United States, and attempt to reach such locations, witness, and report the events, independent of corporate and government falsifications and distractions.  Eventually, they should submit their testimonies to anonymous leaking sites.  No matter what, some doubts are likely to remain regarding the true facts on the ground.

“It is essential to tighten the communication among enlightened persons through a network of free cities and free areas of the planet, as we sink deeper into the Medieval-Digital Era,” concludes Dr Zernik, “such volunteers should see their role as part of minimal, mutual protection agreement.” [[v]]

The evidence of corruption of the California judges is overwhelming. The 2010 Staff Report of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations noted “corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California.”  The state and US judges themselves are not ready, willing, able to address their own corruption.  Likewise, all state and US law enforcement agencies actively protect the corruption. Los Angeles, September 12 – Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO), released response by the California Grand Jurors’ Association, regarding his request regarding filing complaints pertaining to widespread corruption of the Los Angeles Superior Court.  [[ii]] 

The response stated:

 “[Y]ou should be advised that County Grand Juries have no jurisdiction to investigate State Courts.”

The evidence of corruption of the justice system in Los Angeles County is based in two areas: [[iii],[iv],[v]]

• Large-scale, ongoing false imprisonment, [[vi]] and
• Financial institutions and real estate fraud in collusion with Countrywide, Bank of America, and others [[vii]]

The evidence was previously reviewed by the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, which referred in its 2010 official Staff Report to “Corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California.” [[viii]]

The evidence was likewise peer-reviewed and presented in the 16th World Criminology Congress (2011). [[ix]]

Regardless state, and federal law enforcement agencies, to their highest levels, have so far united in refusing to provide Equal Protection, and in protecting the corrupt California judges. [[x]] US judges and senior officials of the US Department of Justice uniformly engaged in fraud to protect judicial corruption. [[xi]]

"Like the Great Depression before it, the current economic/financial crisis is essentially an integrity crisis of the US government. Unless corruption of the justice system is addressed, civil society and socio-economic conditions are unlikely to improve," says Dr Zernik.[[xii],[xiii]]
Corruption of the judges has reached the level of an unprecedented constitutional crisis. The People are deprived of life, liberty, and property, with no due process of law. [[xiv],[xv]]

Obama Team Feared Coup If He Prosecuted War Crimes

President-Elect Obama's advisers feared in 2008 that authorities would oust him in a coup and that Republicans would block his policy agenda if he prosecuted Bush-era war crimes, according to a law school dean who served as one of Obama's top transition advisers.

University of California at Berkeley Law School Dean Christopher Edley, Jr., above, the sixth highest-ranking member of the 2008 post-election transition team preparing Obama's administration, revealed the team's thinking on Sept. 2 in moderating a forum on 9/11 held by his law school (also known as Boalt Hall). Edley was seeking to explain Obama's "look forward" policy on suspected Bush-era law-breaking that the president-elect announced on a TV talk show in January 2009.

But Edley's rationale implies that Obama, or at least his team, feared the military/national security forces that the president is supposed be commanding -- and that Republicans have intimidated him right from the start of his presidency even after voters in 2008 rejected Republicans by the largest combined presidential-congressional mandate in recent U.S. history.
