The human rights defenders gathered on Wall Street had planned to descend on there Saturday to "occupy parts of it as an expression of anger over a financial system that they said favors the rich and powerful at the expense of ordinary citizens," according to New York Times late Saturday.

Earlier Saturday, the demonstrators found much of their target off limits due to the city shutting sections of Wall Street near the New York Stock Exchange and Federal Hall before they arrived according to NY Times.

"By 10:00 a.m., metal barricades manned by uniformed police officers ringed the blocks of Wall Street between Broadway and William Street to the east."

What was hundreds has now grown to thousands of protesters gathered on Wall Street with intention of preventing people from their offices Monday."

With a special song and dance prayer from Jerusalem for freedom and justice for the People of Guantanamo Bay, People in Jerusalem say the United States has lost all credibility as a Civil Society.  Given its Human Rights oppression and aggression record in Guantanamo Bay, within the United States itself, and worldwide, the US is not a reasonable party to any Peace and Justice arrangements in the Middle East.  Jerusalem should become an international Free City of the People by the People for the People of Jerusalem and beyond…     
Jerusalem, September 17 – with a special song and dance prayer for the people of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, People in Jerusalem  noted the lack of credibility of the United States as party to any peace arrangements in the Middle East in general, and Jerusalem in particular. [1]

“Guantanamo Bay today represents the worst possible way that international law is exploited to commit serious Human Rights abuses,” says Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO). 

• The large-scale false imprisonment in Guantanamo Bay, in secret prisons operated by the CIA worldwide, and in the territorial United States [3] amounts to a 21^st-century gulag.  [2]
• A pattern has been established of ongoing aggression and oppression by the US against the People around the globe. 
• The corrupt US justice system today works hand in hand with corrupt US financial institutions to dispossess millions in the US and worldwide, and bankrupt their own nation. [4]

“The US has lost any credibility as a Civil Society, and is not a reasonable party to any Peace and Justice arrangements in the Middle East,” concludes Dr Zernik. [5]

Johanna, a Dutch national, who participated in the song and dance prayer, has recently arrived in Jerusalem as a tourist, and she hopes to stay until after the United Nations General Assembly resolution.  With others, she supports an international Free City in Jerusalem.

“Jerusalem, with other Free Cities will play an important role in Medieval-Digital Era,” says Dr Zernik “in preservation of Human Knowledge during a period of potential massive reduction in Earth’s human population and destruction of existing civilizations.” [6]

In the wake of the UN General Assembly resolution, the legal status of the city of Jerusalem is likely to remain vague and ambiguous. 

The hope for a settlement of Jerusalem al-Quds as a Free City will be promoted in August 2012 in a large Peace and Justice celebration, demonstrating through dance, music, art, study, and pray of the People by the People for the People of Jerusalem and beyond. [7,8]

“We hope that former detainees from Guantanamo Bay will be among our guests next year, or at least eye witnesses of what is taking place in that lawless place.  There is no way to separate Guantanamo Bay and Jerusalem”.

Under duress the signer/songwriter committed to participate in a dream party for Peace and Justice in Jerusalem, August 2012.  Was unhappy with the local cottage cheese, center point of recent social protest, escaped while his captors were uploading vids to Youtube.
   

Los Angeles, September 16 – with the United Nations resolution pending in the next few days, regarding the future status of Jerusalem and ambiguity concerning the city’s future legal status growing, a local strongman in Zion Square in the center of West Jerusalem kidnapped and held for a short period Austrian rock start Boris. [1]

Initially, the captive appeared to be cooperative, and expressed his commitment to perform next year (August 2012) in a dream party for Peace and Justice through dance, music, art, study, pray in Jerusalem. [2,3,4]

Later, when he realized that his diet in captivity would consist of beer and cottage cheese, dispute erupted. The rising price of the local cottage cheese, which in most nations would be called yogurt, became the symbol of recent social protest in Israel. [5]

Through international Human Rights advocates, Boris then released his cottage cheese protest video. [6]

In the early morning hours, while his captors were busy uploading the videos to Youtube, Boris managed to escape.

At present Boris is believed to be traveling incognito in the Middle East.

Civil Unrest in the United States – Preparing Quick Deployment National and International Observers
The likelihood of civil unrest in the United States is growing, according to both well-recognized political figures and independent analysts.  It is also clear that the state and US governments are fully prepared for such events.  The People must be prepared as well, and the minimal readiness should include a quick deployment informal body of both national and international observers.

With it, it is also clear that the state and US governments are fully prepared for such events. [[iv]]

“It is essential to tighten the communication among enlightened persons through a network of free cities and free areas of the planet, as we sink deeper into the Medieval-Digital Era,” concludes Dr Zernik, “such volunteers should see their role as part of minimal, mutual protection agreement.” [[v]]

The evidence of corruption of the California judges is overwhelming. The 2010 Staff Report of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations noted “corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California.”  The state and US judges themselves are not ready, willing, able to address their own corruption.  Likewise, all state and US law enforcement agencies actively protect the corruption. International bodies may issue helpful statements, but when it comes to corruption of the judges in the United States, the People are on their own…

Los Angeles, September 12 – Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO), released response by the California Grand Jurors’ Association, regarding his request regarding filing complaints pertaining to widespread corruption of the Los Angeles Superior Court.  [[ii]] 

The response stated:

 “[Y]ou should be advised that County Grand Juries have no jurisdiction to investigate State Courts.”

The evidence of corruption of the justice system in Los Angeles County is based in two areas: [[iii],[iv],[v]]

• Large-scale, ongoing false imprisonment, [[vi]] and
• Financial institutions and real estate fraud in collusion with Countrywide, Bank of America, and others [[vii]]

The evidence was previously reviewed by the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, which referred in its 2010 official Staff Report to “Corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California.” [[viii]]

The evidence was likewise peer-reviewed and presented in the 16th World Criminology Congress (2011). [[ix]]

Regardless state, and federal law enforcement agencies, to their highest levels, have so far united in refusing to provide Equal Protection, and in protecting the corrupt California judges. [[x]] US judges and senior officials of the US Department of Justice uniformly engaged in fraud to protect judicial corruption. [[xi]]

"Like the Great Depression before it, the current economic/financial crisis is essentially an integrity crisis of the US government. Unless corruption of the justice system is addressed, civil society and socio-economic conditions are unlikely to improve," says Dr Zernik.[[xii],[xiii]]
Corruption of the judges has reached the level of an unprecedented constitutional crisis. The People are deprived of life, liberty, and property, with no due process of law. [[xiv],[xv]]

When it comes to corruption of the judges in the United States, international bodies may provide helpful statements, but the People are on their own…
