מה שקורה שם זאת שחיתות ללא תחתית.
לבית משפט לנוער אין כל זכות שיפוט בעניין מסוג זה.  
על פי ויקיפדיה בעברית:
"בית משפט לנוער הוא בית משפט בעל סמכויות מיוחדות לשפוט בעבירות שבוצעו על די קטינים, ילדים או בני נוער בטרם הגיעו לגיל בגירות. מטרת בית המשפט לנוער היא לשקם את הנאשם."
"הנאשם" במקרה זה הוא בן שבועיים! ברור שלא עבר כל עבירה פלילית!  
הם הולכים לעשות לאהוד שרעבי ובנו משפט  שוווא -  כאילו - "ישראבלוף"  - ולקחת את בנו למשפחה אומנה ואח"כ לאימוץ.  
הטענה הבסיסית על פי אהוד היא שכיוון שהוא על קצבה של ביטוח לאומי, אין לו מספיק כסף לטפל בתינוק.   בקיצור - לעניים אין זכות להחזיק בילדיהם...  
זה הזוי.
אהוד עצמו רואה בכל העניין גניבת ילדי תימן, מהדורת 2014...
===A call for activists to appear on Tuesday AM in the Tel Aviv Juvenile Court (25 Schocken Street) in protest of corrupt process in re: Baby Gabriel Sharabi===
Based on the inforamation available today, what is taking place there is bottomless corruption.
The Juvenile Court has no jurisdiction in this case.
According the Hebrew Wikipedia:
"Juvenile Court is a court of special jurisdiction of criminal offenses by minors, children or juveniles that have not reached legal adult age.  The goal of the Juvenile Court is rehabilitation of the accused."
The "accused" in this case is about 2 weeks old!  There is no doubt that he did not commit any criminal violation of the law...
The Juvenile Court is going to pepetrate on the baby and his partents fake process - a bluff - and take the baby from his parents!
According to the father, the social worker's basic claim is that since the father is on Sosial Security, he has no ability to support his son.
In short: The poor have no right to keep their babies... Delusional!
Another baby was taken from this couple in the past.
Ehud himself sees in the entire affair the 2014 edition of stealing babies from Yemenite Jews, which took plaee in the State of Israel in its early days.

===14-03-01 OccupyTLV: Simulated Process in the Taking of Ehud Sharabi's infant from his parents=== 

OccupyTLV, March 1, the baby is by now about two weeks by estimate, is healthy, but remains in the hospital and not released to his biological parents, who live in the OccupyTLV camp.  The father claims to hold a Birth Certificate of the newborn, and is listed as the lawful biological father. His domestic partner is the mother.   

According to the father,  some assessment process was conducted by the authorities, in which the father specifically was deemed incompetent parent, since he lives off Social Security allowance. Apparently the issue is that the allowance would clearly not be enough, even with additional allowance for the newborn. for paying for the baby's needs.

In appears to imply that if you are on SS allowance, you give up your reproductive rights in the State of Israel.  

A newborn baby was taken from the same couple in the past on similar background.

Over the past, few weeks, Ehud was supposedly supported by people,related to the "Domes Community". Now Ehud claims that some of them have cooperated with state authorities in the process of taking his newborn son. 

The people of the "Dome Community" now distance themselves from Ehud and his case, and some openly support the taking of the baby away from the parents., 

Ehud says that on this Tuesday, a hearing is scheduled on this matter in the Tel Aviv Juveniles Court (בית משפט לנוער בתל אביב. רח' שוקן )  ( The family courts are at a different location).  The way it was explained to Ehud the outcome is likely to be the taking of the baby into State Custody.

A strange choice of forum.  It should have been in a family court.   

According to the Hebrew Wikipedia:
"בית משפט לנוער הוא בית משפט בעל סמכויות מיוחדות לשפוט בעבירות שבוצעו על ידי קטינים, ילדים או בני נוער בטרם הגיעו לגיל בגירות. מטרת בית המשפט לנוער היא לשקם את הנשאם.
"The Juveniles Court is a court with special jurisdiction over crimes committed by minors and juveniles, with the goal of rehabilitation."

The conduct of the case in the wrong forum immediately raises the prospect of simulated process (הליכים למראית עין)  

Moreover, Ehud never received any Summons in writing from any court, the only manner in which he heard about the process in the Juvenile Court is by phone from a Municipality Social Worker.

Ehud has no attorney at this time.

It appears to me that Ehud is likely being abused and deprived of fundamental Human Rights. Ehud is the decendent of Yemenite parents, from a generation that was subjected to baby stealing as well.

Any advise will be appreciated.

מאהל המחאה ה-1 למרץ, התינוק עתה כבן שבועיים, וככל הנראה בריא, אך נשאר בבית החולים ואינו משוחרר להוריו הביולוגיים, הגרים במאהל המחאה ת"א.
האב טוען שהוא מחזיק בתעודת לידה, בה הוא רשום כאב, ושותפתו כאם.
על פי האב, נערך הליך כלשהו להערכה, והוא נמצא פסול כהורה, מחוסר תנאים סוציאליים, כיוון שהוא חי על קצבת ביטוח לאומי, וברור שלא יוכל לספק את צורכי התינוק.
המצב למעשה מעלה את השאלה אם נזקקי ביטוח לאומי בישראל מוותרים על הזכות להקים משפחה.
יילוד קודם גם הוא נלקח מזוג זה בנסיבות דומות.
בשבועות האחרונים נתמך אהוד על ידי אנשי "קהילת הכיפות".  עתה אהוד טוען שיש מאנשי ה"קהילה" ששתפו פעולה עם הרשויות בהליך ללקיחת ילדו.
אנשי ה"הקהילה" מתרחקים מאהוד ויש מהם התומכים בגלוי בלקיחת ילדו על ידי הרשויות.

אהוד אומר שביום שלישי זה יש דיון במקרה בבית המשפט לנוער ברחוב שוקן 25! בתי המשפט לענייני משפחה הם במקום אחר.  על פי מה שהוסבר לאהוד, התוצאה עלולה להיות לחיקת הילד למשמורת המדינה.

בחירת בית הדין אינה סבירה. המקרה היה אמור להשמע בבית משפט לענייני משפחה.

על פי ויקיפדיה בעברית:

ניהול הליכים על ידי רשויות המדינה בפני הפורום הבלתי נכון מעלה מיד את החשד לניהול הליכים למראית עין.

יתרה מזאת, אהוד מעולם לא קיבל בדואר הזמנה לבית דין זה.  הדרך היחידה בה נודע לו הדבר הוא בטלפון מעובדת סוציאלית.

לאהוד אין עורך דין.

ככל הנראה נשללות זכויות האדם הבסיסיות של אהוד על ידי רשויות המדינה.  יש לציין שאהוד ממוצא תימני, ותינוקות נגנבו מהוריהם גם בדור הוריו.

Sharon Shalom.
Thanks again for choosing this project! I would be grateful if you could distribute the attached summary as my written submission for your Studio's work.
Additionally, I assume that the students work through some structured or semi structured process, and hope that you could include in its written components recommendations for the park dwellers and all others involved, regarding Public Health issues, including drinking water, showers, toilets, food, animals.
Obviously, I would eventually be happy to read what the students write.

Thank you for choosing the project in the Occupy Tel Aviv camp.

I write to submit in writing my input for your project, following our discussion yesterday in my tent. and to provide links to supporting records:

a.  The TLV Municipality owes very little to people like me, who stay in the park under a Permit for Social Protest 24/7.  I renew the Permit on a monthly basis.  As far as I know, I am the only one who Permit holder at this time.  In the past, Permits were issued in parallel to Mr Danny Falkevitch and to me. However, Mr Falkevitch has since left the camp.

The permit is based on the extension of an Agreement signed on November 28, 2012, between one Mr Tamir Hajaj and the TLV Muni.  However, the TLV Muni would not permit me, the current Permit holder. to view the original Agreement, even after Freedom of Information Act requests.

With it, the records show that the TLV Muni and Israel Police refused to provide the OccupyTLV camp honest services from the beginning, e,g, providing security, or trash collection.,,

b. The TLV Muni owes to all residents of TLV to maintain a Public Toilet facility in the park, as one of six prescribed throughout the TLV Muni, by TLV Muni's own laws and regulations.

c. The fact that some people, like me, choose to live in tents, out of protest, does not create permission or any legal foundation for the TLV Muni to create and maintain "public housing solutions" for the homeless, which fail to comply with the laws of the State of Israel and laws and regulations of the TLV Muni (directly, or indirectly, through contractors and subcontractors, through charitable associations, or through a "community" "Kehillah").  

In short - the TLV Muni and the gov of the State of Israel must address the homeless pursuant to the law, and provide them with adequate housing, including reasonable infrastructure, whether it is in the park area or elsewhere.

Regardless of all the above, Architect Rotbard and I agreed that Public Health issued are of the highest priority, and then Architect Rotbard also produced Gandhi's article on the same subject "The Perfect Village", from almost a century ago...

I have no doubt that your contribution is essential here, and would likely be of interest also in other camps in Israel.

In parallel, I hope that you could connect me with some experts for creating a small model vegetable garden and regarding low energy house design.  In all these areas, I hope that the OccupyTLV camp would become an interesting educational asset to the public at large.

Attached is my short CV, and other records, pertaining to the OccupyTLV camp, communications with TLV Muni and Israel Police on matters related to health, permits, demolitions, etc...

Please note that the narrative emerging from these records is diametrically different from the one you would get from the TLV Muni, or which was produced by Israeli media, even relative to very recent events.  In particular - relative to "Demolition Decrees" or "Eviction Decrees", which never existed, but the TLV Muni was easily able to implant news of in print media and TV. 

In this matter as in others, the OccupyTLV camp produces a microcosm of law, society, and Human Rights in the State of Israel - 2014.

With all of that, I have no doubt that Bezalel Art School and the Spontaneous Architecture Studio, led by Architect Sharon Rotbard, would leave a constructive and creative imprint in this space and in the Social Protest movement in Israel.
