It is the usual pattern: racketeering by state judges under the patronage of US Dept of Justice.
I met U.S. Attorneys Bharara, when he was legal counsel for US Senator Chuck Schumer, member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. I came to lobby for action by the US Congress to compel the Dept of Justice to perform its duties in view of racketeering by California judges. Bharara was then considered one of the bright and honest young staffers in Congress.
Since then he became US Attorney in NY, and joined the US Dept of Justice gang, switching alliances...
It should be remembered that in 2009 Chair of the US Senate Judiciary Committee, Senator Patrick Leahy called for a Truth and Reconciliation Commission on the US Dept of Justice.
Such commissions are established after the collapse of dictatorial regimes...
In fact, Senator Leahey shares my opinion that today the US Dept of Justice (more specifically - FBI Director) unlawfully and tyrannically rule over the United States in disregard of the US Constitution...
