Efrat Obni conducted a late night hearing, outside the normal
operating hours of the Court with no clear reason. The hearing was
not conducted in the normal courtroom. The hearing was purportedly
conducted “behind closed doors” - with full media coverage. The
hearing fails to appear in the Calendar of the Court... Perversion
of court process and court records, conduct of simulated court
process, and the publication of simulated court records have become a
routine in the Israeli courts over the past decade. Implementation
of fraudulent IT systems in the courts enables such conduct. The
courts and the legal profession is the core of government corruption
in the State of Israel today.

July 1 – Joseph Zernik, PhD, filed a request with Presiding Judge
of the Tel-Aviv Magistrate Court to provide a certified statement on
the records, that the July 23, 2015 nighttime hearing and the July 25
“Restraining Order” by Judge Efrat Bosni were actions of a lawful
court of the State of Israel. The hearing and the “Restraining
Order” were conduct following request by Bank HaPoalim CEO Zion
Keinan, and purportedly imposed a far reaching Prior Restraint on
Free Speech by anti-banking fraud activist Barak Cohen.
