Defiant at the news Wednesday that his law license had been suspended for five years, a longtime Pennsylvania attorney and former state auditor general and lawmaker vowed to appeal in federal court what he called a violation of his civil rights and described the state's supreme court as "corrupt."

Don Bailey, 68, had been sanctioned in part because of what a disciplinary board determined to be baseless claims of malfeasance on the part of the federal judiciary, thePatriot-News reports.

However, he said an unfair process had denied him an opportunity to call witnesses to support his claim that his free speech rights were being trampled upon.

"The system is corrupt. The Supreme Court in Pennsylvania is corrupt and everybody knows it," he told the newspaper. "Lawyers do not have the courage to speak up."

Sandor Samuels and Bet Tzedek have been repeatedly named defendants in lawsuits claiming racketeering.

As Chief Legal Officer of COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION and later Associate General Counsel of BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION, SANDOR SAMUELS was:

• Starting at least in the early 2000s - key figure in establishing corrupt organization practices in Countrywide, with an unprecedented fraud on the US tax payer, on shareholders, and on homeowners nationwide;
• Starting in the early 2000s – key figure in corruption of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles and the US District Court, Central District of California;
• Starting March 2007 – central figure in conduct amounting to racketeering in the Los Angeles Superior Court, on the grounds of BET TZEDEK, as President of BET TZEDEK; [i]
• In January 2008 – directly responsible for the collapse of COUNTRYWIDE, following the publication of news of fraud through the filing of “Recreated Letters” as evidence in the US Bankruptcy Court in PA by COUNTRYWIDE’s attorneys. [ii]
• In March 2008 – directly responsible for the fraud in the US District Court, TX by attorneys for COUNTRYWIDE, and theMemorandum Opinion by the Hon Judge Jeff Bohm, which reads as a catalog of fraud methods by COUNTRYWIDE in courts throughout the United States. [iii]
• Starting July 2008 – directly responsible for establishing the same conduct in BANK OF AMERICA. [iv]
• 2010 – key figure in Human Rights Alert’s report, which was incorporated into the United Nations Human Rights Council Staff Report, with a note referring to “corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California”. [v]

The LOS ANGELES JEWISH FEDERATION and BET TZEDEK have been repeatedly requested, since 2007, to initiate corrective actions. [vi] Both have consistently refused to respond.

In the meanwhile, SANDOR SAMUELS continues to serve on the boards of other Los Angeles Jewish institutions as well:

This writer widely published most of the records in two files of the Haifa Magistrate Court.  The court files were purportedly sealed.  Why are no criminal actions taken against him???

This writer published in various internet sites in Hebrew and English most of the records in two court files of the Haifa Magistrate Court.  Such purported court files were counducted behind "closed doors". Moreover, this writer published the record after Judge Esperanza Alon issued two decisions, explicitly prohibiting this writer from sharing these records with any third party.

In similar cases in Israel over the past couple of years, criminal investigation was launched against the offenders (for exmample, in the case of Beer Shava Judge Gershon German).

But in the case of this writer, no criminal investigation was initiated so far.

WHY???

Because Judge Esperanza Alon in collusion with "Chief Clerk" (with no lawful appointment record) Israel Hen and Attorney Amos Zadika conducted in this case sham litigaion - "Isra-bluff".  And the records in these court files are not court papers at all, only sham court papers.

And what about the Honorable Court and respect of the law?

Is it possible that a person would blatantly disobey the law of the State of Israel and explicit court orders and suffer no consequences?

The Israeli authorities probably decided that it is better to hush the entire case, since any meausres against this writer would publicize the basic facts about the Israeli courts today.  Since implementation of the latest generation of computer systems in Israel over the past decade, the Israeli courts conduct sham proceedings on a routine bais, from the magistrate courts, through the districrt courts, to the Israeli Supreme Court.  Isra-bluff has become the norm.

In a civilized society, such condut is deemed serious criminality - organized white collar crim by judges, court staff and attorneys.

But in the State of Israel today there is no rule of the law any longer, only Isra-bluff.

Since under the tenure of Presiding Justices Aharon Barak, Dorit Beinisch and Asher Grunis, the Israeli courts have undergone unprecedented corruption.

ומה עם כבודו של בית המשפט?

הייתכן מצב בו אדם עובר בריש גלי על הוראות בית המשפט וחוקי מדינת ישראל, ואין ננקטים כל צעדים נגדו?

13-10-03 Made it back to Occupy Tel Aviv

I got to Tel Aviv, and no warrant for my investigation or arrest was waiting for me here.  I was stopped by security a couple of times, just because of my overall suspicious appearance, but I am used to that already.

Otherwise, there is a packet of legal letters from the courts and other justice agencies, which I have not reviewed yet...

The Occupy camp has substantially grown while I was away, and I am still to meet all the new people.

Everybody is busy getting ready for the winter rains.
