I differ with with the below, relative to the use of the future tense "will use force". It should be "uses force". How else would you describe the widespread fraudulent foreclosures, taking place daily in the US, and enforced by armed law enforcement???
Otherwise, one should expect Ron Paul to be locked up in indefinite detention per NDAA, since according to the report below, he participated in a Sovereign Man convention, and such groups are considered by the US gov "terrorists".

Overall, compared to the US, the below is kids games.  I expected much worse after I leaked yesterday the entire court file records in Hermatic v IDB, the largest default of a financial institution in the history of the State of Israel, where the Tel Aviv District Court denies access to court records with no legal foundation... [1]

This morning, Eli, who does live in the encampment in the four months I have been here, and who according to reliable sources is related to Israel Police, arrived for a visit.
I was sitting near my tent with two friends, one of them a guitar player, and we were singing. Eli appeared, and I asked him if he would like to join us.  He answered that he does not know how to sing, and that his specialty is in "beating up people".
Eli asked what was happening between me and Ronna, who I believe is also related to Israel Police.  Ronna claims that she is in charge of the encampment on behalf of Eli.  I told Eli that nothing was happening between me and Ronna, and asked that she keep a distance from me.  I moved my tent to get further from the area where she lives, and I am careful to avoid her area.  However, she routinely sniffs around me, including two times that she asked to "sneak a peek" into my tent.
Eli also again informed me that he was "in charge of the entire encampment".  I asked him on whose behalf.  He claimed that he was "in charge" on behalf of the Tel Aviv municipality.  I asked him to show me any document to that effect.  So far he has not.
It would be interesting to find out if the Tel Aviv municipality appointed an "in charge" person for the encampment, who does not live in the encampment, and who boasts his violence...

הבוקר אלי, שאינו גר במאהל בארבעת החודשים שאני נמצא פה, ושעל פי מקורות מהימנים קשור למשטרת ישראל, הגיע לביקור.

בבוקר, ישבתי ליד האוהל שלי עם שני חברים, אחד מהם נגן גיטרה ושרנו.

אלי הופיע. הצעתי לו להצטרף אלינו לשירה. הוא ענה שאינו יודע לשיר ושהמומחיות שלו "בלהרביץ" .

אלי שאל מה קורה ביני ובין רונה, שלדעתי גם היא קשורה למשטרת ישראל. רונה טוענת שהיא ממונה על המאהל מטעם אלי. עני עניתי לו ששום דבר לא קורה, אבל ביקשתי שרונה תשמור מרחק ממני. אני הזזתי את האוהל שלי מהאזור בו היא מתגוררת, ואני נזהר לו להתקרב לשם. אבל היא מסתובבת סביבי בכל פעם שאני במאהל, כולל פעמיים שבקשה "להציץ" לתוך האוהל שלי.

אלי גם הודיע לי שוב שהוא "אחראי" על המאהל כולו. שאלתי אותו מטעם מי. הוא ענה שהוא אחראי על המאהל מטעם עיריית תל-אביב. ביקשתי ממנו שיראה לי מסמך כלשהו המעיד על כך. בינתיים לא הראה לי מסמך כזה.

מעניין אם אכן עיריית תל אביב מינתה "אחראי" למאהל, ובפרט אדם שאינו גר במאהל ומתפאר באלימותו.

Judge Eitan Orenstein, Tel Aviv District Court, established himself in a leadership position in corruption of banking and banking regulation in the State of Israel... The Israeli Jed Rakoff.

Israeli media lavished praises on tough Tel Aviv District Judge Eitan Orenstein, who presided in a case arising from the collapse of Tycoon Nochi Dankner's IDB corporate pyramid scheme. [3-5] Review of court records in the case, [1-2] indicates the conduct of simulated litigation (fraud on the People and on the court), managed as a Blitzkrieg (start to finish about 5 days, two proceedings), where:

• no summonses were issued or executed,
• no attorney who appeared before the Court filed Certificate of Power of Attorney,
• Plaintiffs and Defendants were financial institutions, but requests by major shareholders' representatives and government banking regulators to join the Plaintiffs as well as a request to convene a meeting of debt-holders were denied,
• parties were ordered to appear in court or file papers in court from the morning to the same afternoon,
• neither the name or of the Chief Clerk, his signature, nor the Seal of the Court appear on any record,
• none of the records filed by the parties was stamped “Filed”,
• the case was purportedly terminated with no dispositive record,
• the Chief Clerk occupies his office with no lawful appointment record,
• public access to court records is denied (although the case is listed as “not sealed”) with no reference to the law.

The case vividly documents the leadership role of the courts in unprecedented corruption of financial institutions and banking regulation and the limits on Freedom of the Press in the State of Israel. Israel is speedily mimicking conditions, which were established in the United States a decade or two earlier, and are at the core of the socio-economic crisis there. [6] With it, the case marks the penetration of the global financial crisis into Israel, under the tenure of Teflon Stanley Fischer! [7]

May 2, Occupy Tel Aviv Encampment - Asher Grunis, Chief Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court was again asked to ensure correct and honest registration of petition to the Israeli Supreme Court under Dr Joseph Zernik v Minister of Justice Tzipi Livni and Director of the Courts Michael Spitzer (2689/13). [1-3]

Following a previous request, on April 18, 2013, the registration of the petition was indeed altered, but again, false and misleading records were created.

Alternatively, the Court was asked to provide full refund of the filing fees.

Subject of the petition itself is large-scale fraud in the electronic record systems, which were implemented in the Israeli courts over the past decade, under the tenure of Aharon Barak and Dorit Beinisch as Presiding Justices of the Israeli Supreme Court.

The requests were forwarded directly to the Presiding Justice, since the petition itself documents that "Chief Clerk" of the Israeli Supreme Court, Sarah Lifschitz, has been occupying the office of Chief Clerk for over 10 years with no lawful appointment record.

Corruption of the courts, both in Israel and the US is central to socio-economic changes and the financial crisis in both nations.

* The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission was incorporated in the UN Periodic Review of Human Rights in the United States (2010) with a note, "Corruption of the courts and the legal profession in California".

לכבוד נשיא בית המשפט העליון,

ביום ה-18 לאפריל, 2013, שלחתי לבית המשפט בקשה לרישום הוגן בתיק הנ"ל, לחילופין – להחזר אגרת בית המשפט. [1]

בדיקה חוזרת של הכתבים במערכת המקוונת לניהול גישת הציבור היום, מעלה שמאז שונו הכתבים, אך שוב – הרישום כוזב ומטעה. [2] 

להלן עיקר הפרטים הכוזבים והמטעים, נכון להיום:

1.תחת "פרטים כלליים”: העותר נרשם כ"מערער".

2.תחת "אירועים": א. הגשת העתירה עצמה ב-15 לאפריל, 2013, עדיין אינה מופיעה במערכת. ב. ב-1 למאי, 2013, לא הוגש לרישום כל כתב שהוא, ורישום האירוע “הוגש הליך” בתאריך זה הוא כוזב ומטעה. לשון הרישום גם אינה תקינה. הרישום הנכון הוא, “הוגשה עתירה".

3.תחת "בקשות": א. נרשמה בקשה ב-21 לאפריל, 2013. העותר לא הגיש כל כתב לרישום ביום זה. ב. הבקשה שנרשמה היא ל"צו ביניים" – אין כל עניין ב"צו ביניים" בעתירת בג"ץ זאת. 

לפיכך, אבקש שכבודו ידאג לרישום הוגן של הכתבים בעתירה בתיק זה. לחילופין, אבקש החזר של אגרת בית המשפט. 

יש לציין שמהלך העניינים בתיק זה עד עתה, דומה למהלך העניינים בבג"ץ צרניק נ נגיד בנק ישראל (7650/12) – שם לא נרשמה הגשת העתירה תחילה, ולאחר מחאת העותר, הופיע רישום כוזב של הגשת "ערעור", ובית המשפט סירב לתקן רישום כוזב זה. [3]

יש לראות מקרה זה בחומרה יתירה, לאור העניין בו עוסקת העתירה עצמה – רשומים כוזבים וניהול הליכים למראית עין בבתי המשפט במדינת ישראל (ובכללם בית המשפט העליון) בעשור האחרון והנפקת כתבי בית דין כוזבים, בראש ובראשונה בעניינו של משה סילמן, ז"ל, בבית המשפט המחוזי בתל-אביב.
