Today, IDF again expelled Palestinian farmers in the village of Turmus-A'ya from their own lands, which they tried to cultivate, following demands by Jewish settllers. Such actions are taking place on a routine basis in Palestine, under IDF false claims of "preventing violence".

בסרטון רואים את הטרקטורים עוזבים לאחר שהצבא גירש היום (2.2) את החריש של חקלאי תורמוס-עיא על פי דרישת המתנחלים. (למטה, רחוק יותר, רואים את האזור בו הפלסטינים רצו לנטוע עצים ביום זכויות האדם הבינלאומי).

הצבא תאם להם עבודות למחר שלישי (3.2), אבל אנחנו עדיין בודקים האם גרשו את החקלאים על בסיס צו קיים כנדרש בפסיקת בג"ץ מוראר שלנו מ-2006. ההחלטה לגרש את חקלאי תורמוס עיא של המ.פ או המח"ט היא חלק מהניסיון להחזיר את השעון אחורה לרגע שלפני פסיקת הבג"צ המ.פ. אמר שמטרתו היא למנוע התחככות. אבל, שופטי בג"צ אמרו בפירוש שאסור לצבא להוציא את החקלאים הפלסטינים מאדמותיהם "לטובתם" בכדי להגן אליהם!

בחובת קציני הצבא להשתמש באמצעים אחרים, גם אם החקלאים לא תיאמו את בואם מראש. לקציני לצבא מותר לדרוש תיאום כניסה לשטח רק בתנאים מאוד מוגבלים, כאשר אין דרך אחרת להגן על מתנחלים. המ.פ. אמר שמטרתו להגן על המתנחלים. אבל, היינו במרחק רב מאוד מאשר המרחק בו הצבא בדרך כלל דורש להגביל את העבודה. אם היתה סכנה כלשהו, היא נבעה מהעובדה שהמתנחלים נסעו יותר מקילומטר להגיע למקום בו החקלאים הפלסטינים עבדו.

ושוב הקיצוניים בגדה ניצחו והחקלאים הפלסטיניים נותרו ללא מענה. אלו הם הדברים שמתרחשים בחצר האחורית של מדינת ישראל.
