The clear winners, by a large margin,
are Stanley Fischer, Governor, and Bank of Israel-Banking Regulation – in their
refusal to register and review complaint evidencing criminality in Bank
HaPoalim, the largest consumer bank in Israel.
Next come various records, which document fraud on the courts in the State
of Israel, enabled by new electronic record systems, which were implemented
over the past decade with no public oversight.
A prime example is the case of self-immolated social protest activist
Moshe Silman, who was victim of fraud in the Tel Aviv District Court. Most of
the records were produced in the course of preparing the 2012 Human Rights
Alert (NGO) submission for the Universal Periodic Review of Human Rights in
Israel by the United Nations (#8, below).
The "read" figures below do not include additional hundreds or
reads per item on other sites or by email.
The evidence shows unprecedented corruption of the courts of the State
of Israel over the past decade, under the tenure of Aharon Barak and Dorit
Beinisch as Presiding Justices of the Supreme Court.
