The US and Israel archives specialize in legal public records, particularly court records and Freedom of Information responses, related to fraud in government electronic record systems and the use of such systems for the conduct of simulated legal process, to affect fraud on the people by the banks and the courts. The most read records in the two archives pertain to Brian Moynihan and Bank of America, and Stanley Fischer and Bank of Israel, respectively.

Jerusalem, January 2 - both US
and Israel Human Rights Alert (NGO) Scribd.com archives, [1,2] which have been used for 5 and 3 years, respectively,
simultaneously reached "upload limit". The USA archive has over one million reads and
over 1,600 followers... Existing records
are still accessible, but should be deemed at risk as well.
The archives specialize in legal
public records, particularly court records and Freedom of Information responses,
related to fraud in government electronic record systems and the use of such
systems for the conduct of simulated legal process, to affect fraud on the people by the banks and the courts.
The US archive is particularly noted
for a unique collection, documenting the patronizing by state and federal law
enforcement as well as federal banking regulators of widespread banking fraud by
Countrywide and later Bank of America in collusion with California state and US
judges in Los Angeles County, California, starting in the late 1990s and early
2000s, prior to the eruption of the current crisis. Already in the early 2000s Los Angeles County
was distinguished in FBI reports as "the epicenter of the epidemic of real
estate and mortgage fraud".
The US archive also contains a
unique set of documents that shed light on events that surrounded the ouster of
then Bank of America General Counsel Timothy Mayopoulos, and his replacement by
Brian Moynihan – today President of Bank of America Corporation.
The Israel archive is
particularly noted for unique records, documenting crisis in integrity of the
electronic records of the Supreme Court in 2002, and likewise in the Tel Aviv
District Court in 2008, concomitantly with the unlawful implementation of new
electronic record systems in the respective courts. The implementation of such systems amounted
to the institution of corruption. They
permit the routine conduct of simulated process, through invalid implementation
of electronic signatures and undermining the authority and accountability of
the offices of the clerks of the courts.
Recent additions to the Israel
collection included current conduct by Bank of Israel and the Israeli Supreme
Court, patronizing banking fraud by Bank
HaPoalim, BM, and other Israeli banks on behalf of the US government, relative
to false enforcement of FATCA in the State of Israel. The Israel archive also holds a unique
collection of records pertaining to fraud in the Tel Aviv District Court on the
self-immolated, social protest activist Moshe Silman.
In 2012, Scribd.com removed the
Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission for the 2013 Universal Periodic Review of
Human Rights - State of Israel. The submission recorded large-scale fraud in
electronic legal public records of the State of Israel, including the courts,
and the failure to identity and control government servers and validate the
systems. The posting was removed at the request of an unknown corporate entity,
related to ISACA, (previously known as the "Information Systems Audit and
Control Association"). That record is now posted elsewhere. [2]
With it, concern
is raised regarding long term accessibility of the entire collection. Joseph
Zernik, PhD, is offering the Human Rights Alert digital archives, pertaining to
the law, banking, and human rights for safekeeping by any credible public
database, given the apparent threat to the archives' continued online maintenance.
The records
that are maintained in the archives served as the basis for
the Human
Rights Alert (NGO) submission for the first ever, 2010 Universal
Periodic
Review of Human Rights in the United States.
The resulting
United
Nations report incorporated the submission by reference, with a
note
regarding "corruption of the courts and the legal profession in
California".
The records
from Los Angeles County document a loosely organized racket of judges, large
and small law firms, and a full array of financial institutions, going back to
2004, with prominent roles in it to Sandor Samuels, President of Bet Tzedek
("The House of Justice") and then Chief Legal Officer of Countrywide,
and California Judge Jacqueline Connor (since retired), who was also the
central figure in the Rampart court corruption scandal of 1998-2000.
The records
also served as the basis for the Human Rights Alert (NGO)
submission
for the 2013 Universal Periodic Review of Human Rights in
Israel, due
for professional review in January/February 2013. (For
example,
the Israel archives includes unique court records pertaining to
the case of
the late Moshe Silman, pertaining to current banking regulation under Stanley
Fischer as Governor of Bank of Israel, and pertaining to events in the
Supreme
Court in 2001-2003, surrounding the untimely death of the late Chief Clerk
Shmaryahu Cohen.
The records
also served as the raw data for papers that were peer-reviewed
in
criminology, data mining, data analytics, and cyberlaw conferences. [3,4]
