On March 16, 2013, two weeks after the original complaint fireworks shooting incident, similar events occurred again.
Exceprt from the "Additional Evidence":
4. Background Note
Regarding the suspects and the motive for these events, it should be noted that proceedings are underway in the Jerusalem District Court in a civil case between a right wing organization and human rights organizations. The original cause of action (from memory) is liable, but the evidence established the right wing organizations in Jerusalem hired third parties to follow and harass human rights activists in Jerusalem.
Also in the events that are subject of the complaint and the additional evidence there is a possibility that the motive was not related to any of the dwellers of the encampment, but to the idea of Social Protest, and that initiators of the events were not the perpetrators.
2. החשודים
2-3 בוגרים צעירים, שנסעו במכונית שצבעה נראה בחשיכה אפור דהוי, דומה או זהה למכונית שהייתה מעורבת באירוע בערב שבת שבועיים לפני כן. תמונה מצורפת להלן.
המלין לא ראה את לוחית הזיהוי של המכונית באירוע זה.
3. תקציר האירועים
אור לשבת, ה-16 למרץ, 2013, בערך בשעה 2:40 בבוקר, עצרה מכונית לצד המדרכה במסלול הנוסע צפונה בדרך נמיר, ומן המכונית נורו זיקוקים למאהל מטווח של כ-5 מטרים מהאוהלים הקרובים לכביש, בהם ישנו אנשים. הזמן, וצורת הביצוע היו דומים לאלה שבתלונה הנ"ל. אולם הירי הפעם היה של זיקוקים מסוג Thunder Flash מקנה קרטון. (תמונה מצורפת) והמטח היה קצר מזה שבפעם שעברה.
ניידת משטרה היגיעה למקום לאחר טלפון למוקד, ובמוקד נרשם אירוע מס' 124.
בחיפוש מדוקדק למחרת בבוקר לא נמצאו שרידי תרמילים, כמו אלה שנמצאו לצד הכביש באירועים שבועיים קודם לכן, בתלונה הנ"ל.
4. הערת רקע
לגבי חשודים והעילה באירועים אלה, יש לציין שבבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים מתנהלים מזה זמן מה הליכים בתביעה אזרחית בין ארגון ימני וארגוני זכויות אדם (איני זוכר את שמות הצדדים). העילה הראשונית הייתה הוצאת דיבה, על פי זכרוני, אבל במהלך העדויות התברר שארגונים ימניים שכרו צדדים שלישיים בירושלים לעקוב אחרי ארגונים העוסקים בזכויות האדם ולהטרידם.
אין להוציא מן הכלל אפשרות דומה גם באירועים של ה-2 וה-16 במרץ, 2013, שהם נושא התלונה הנ"ל ועדות נוספת זאת, דהיינו, שהאירועים ומבצעי אירועים אלה אינם קשורים ישירות לאיש מאנשי המאהל, אלא מבוצעים כנגד המחאה החברתית, שהיא הסיבה לקיומו של מאהל זה. יתרה מזאת, קיימת אפשרות שיוזמי האירועים, שגם הם אינם קשורים לאיש מאנשי המאהל, שונים ממבצעי האירועים.
