13-05-14 Robbing the American People!

Millions of American families have lost their homes through fraud in the courts in recent years. Deprivation of life, liberty and property with not due process of law has become the standard in the land of the free and the home of the brave... jz

_____

You might want to make sure you’re sitting down for this one. You’ve probably heard the horror stories about unscrupulous mortgage servicing companies charging homeowners excessive fees and, in some cases, taking their homes through illegal foreclosures.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) recently asked two federal agencies for records that might shed light on these practices. Sounds reasonable to us, but these agencies, led by Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke and Comptroller of the Currency Thomas Curry, flat out refused to hand over the documents.
Tell Ben Bernanke and Thomas Curry to Release Illegal Foreclosure Information to Congress and the public!

Dear Mr W
Claiming ignorance of the fraud conducted by the state and federal courts in foreclosures is by now not credible.
The matter has been repeatedly documented.
Just in case, let me provide you with documentation of one case that I investigated and documented, where Susan Lomas tried to protect herself against fraud by Bank of America in the Los Angeles Superior Court:

In Lomas v Bank of America:
1) No affidavit by an officer of Bank of America was filed with the response.
2) Both Bank of America and the Attorney, who appeared for Bank of America in the case, refused to confirm that the attorney was indeed Counsel of Record for Bank of America in the case.
3) Judge Meeka secretly noted in all minutes that the proceedings were conducted "off the record"
4) None of such minutes were served on Plaintiff Susan Lomas.

Is that fraud enough for you? Or does it require additional deliberation?

Dear Mr W:
I thought we were talking about due process....
Let's stick to one issue at a time.
My original statement related to deprivation of property with no due process.
I realize that now you want to claim that is all done out of good will, and for the greater good. But the fact remains: Millions of Americans lost their homes through fraud in the courts in recent years, and millions more are expected to go through that mill in the next few years.
It is only reasonable to call this process what it is: robbing the American people.

Re: [Lawsters:15788] Re: 13-05-14 Robbing the American People!
In summary:

Today, in the United States, the people are deprived of due process in deprivation of:
Life - Obama grabbed by Presidential Executive Orders the right to kill by drones, whomever he wants, wherever he wants, with no due process of law, and also affected such killing on US citizens.
Liberty - large scale false imprisonment continues, for example, of the Rampart-FIPs (Falsely Imprisoned Persons) in Los Angeles County, as documented in Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the United Nations (2010). Additionally, Obama signed into law NDAA, which permits indefinite detentions with no due process of law.
Property - millions of Americans are robbed of their homes through fraud on the courts by judges and attorney in foreclosure proceedings.

The right for due process in deprivation of life, liberty, and property was adopted into the US Constitution from the Magna Carta (2015), which Justice William Brennan Jr called "the cornerstone of the US Constitution".

The establishment of deprivation of life, liberty, and property with no due process of law, more than anything else (perhaps except for the violations of First Amendment rights and the adoption of torture as a routine, in violation of Fifth Amendment rights), it is obvious that the US Constitution is dead and buried.

With it, a justice system has been established in the United States in recent years, which is medieval in nature.
