Roger Shuler, a renowned blogger, who recorded for years the corruption of the political system in Alabama in general, and the justice system in particular, was beaten and arrested on October 23, 2013 by Sheriff Deputies.
It also appears that his wife is intimidated by the Sheriff as well.
Roger Shuler is most likely going to be held for a long time under False Imprisonment, like Richard Fine,
