As a scholar of frauds, whose opinions were backed up by the opinions of the best fraud experts in the United States, including but not limited to James Wedick, the most decorated FBI veteran alive, I propose that in the following matter, there is no need for a Fraud Expert, Layman of the Jury will suffice.
In the Matter of Mr Barack Obama's birth certificate records
The following can be handled as a mental exercise, or carried out in reality.
1) Let's obtain 100 copies of birth certificates from Hawaii 1961. Based on those already found only, they are going to be black and white prints, or the negatives, of alternating pages of a paper book.
2) And then display them alongside with Mr Barak Obama's BC record, with its green and white digital hatch background (released on a White House web page)
3) Then let's select by using a random number generator 20 competent adult US citizens.
4) Finally let's obtain their opinions:
Which of these records is likely to be "not true" record of a 1961 Hawaii birth certificate?
