NSA and GCHQ spying on WikiLeaks

Julian Assange calls for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor to investigate the NSA, after documents show US spying on WikiLeaks and its supporters. As far back as 2010, the NSA added Assange to a "MANHUNTING" target list, together with suspected members of al-Qaeda, and wanted to designate WikiLeaks as a "malicious foreign actor."
