2015-07-08 Israel Police - a small conspiracy theory // התאבדות ברכה - תיאורית קונספירציה לקינוח

The strangest lines in the report, linked below, pertaining to the secret investigation against Bracha in the days prior to the suicide, say:
"...following instructions by Attorney General Weinstein a polygraph test was conducted on that figure [information source - jz] - in which the figure was found to be truthful; then that figure was invited to provide an affidavit, which was personally drafted by Attorney General Weinstein and senior investigator Raz Nizri."
Since when does the Attorney General get involved in drafting the affidavits of intelligence sources in criminal investigations?
According to my original conspiracy theory, Weinstein arrived to draft that affidavit for one reason only: to undermine the affidavit and undermine the investigation!
There was no way that they could act against Bracha, given the special services he had provided as Head of the Special Investigation Team in the Rabin Assassination...
After all, the Israel Police and Ministry of Justice were willing to get into a disconnect with FBI and US Ministry of Justice, relative to the Pinto investigation, in order to cover up on Bracha...
In Short:
Bracha got stressed out and committed suicide for nothing!  They would have never acted against him...

ולמנה אחרונה - תיאוריית קונספירציה משלי: מה שמוזר ביותר בכל הכתבה המקושרת של יואב יצחק (על החקירה הסמויה בימים לפני ההתאבדות) הן השורות הבאות:
"לפי הנחייתו של וינשטיין בוצעה לאותה דמות בכירה בדיקת פוליגרף - שבה נמצאה דוברת אמת; ולאחריה היא זומנה למסור הצהרה שאותה ניסחו אישית וינשטיין ורז נזרי..."
ממתי עוסק היועמ"ש בניסוח הצהרות של מקורות מודעיניים במח"ש במסגרת "בדיקה חשאית" או "חקירה סמויה" (משחקי המלים של משרד המשפטים)???
לפי תיאורית הקונספירציה המקורית שלי, וינשטיין היגיע למח"ש לנסח את ההצהרה מסיבה אחת בלבד - לשבש את ההצהרה ולשבש את החקירה!
הם הרי לא היו יכולים לגעת בברכה, הוא החזיק אותם בביצים לאור שירותיו המיוחדים כ"ראש צוות החקירה המיוחד לרצח רבין" כביכול (ללא כתב מינוי).
הם הרי היו מוכנים להיכנס אפילו לנתק עם FBI למען ברכה (בקשר לחקירה של FBI נגד פינטו, שהמערכת בישראל ניסתה לשבש, כדי להגן על ברכה - מתועד במכתב של התובעת הכללית של ארה"ב).
בקיצור: 
ברכה סתם נכנס ללחץ, היו מחליקים אותו במערכת, כפי שעשו כבר במשך שנים.
