לזכויות האדם (NGO) ממליץ לתקן את יושרת מערכות המידע של בתי המשפט תחת סמכותו של הקונגרס, במטרה להפוך מערכות אלה לשקופות לציבור ככל האפשר.
מידע שהגשתי בנוגע למערכות המידע של בתי המשפט במדינת ישראל, סוכם בדו"ח מועצת זכויות האדם של האו"ם (הדו"ח המקצועי, 2013) כך :
חוסר יושרה במערכות המידע של בית המשפט העליון בתי המשפט המחוזיים ובתי הדין למוחזקי משמורת בישראל.
בדומה, מאמרים שלי בנושא נבדקו, הוצגו ופורסמו על ידי כנסים אקדמיים המתמחים במחשוב ממשלתי בכלל, ובמחשוב בתי המשפט בפרט. הכנס האחרון מסוג זה היה הכנס האירופי למחשוב ממשלתי (ECEG 2015) באנגליה, והמאמר שהיצגתי ופרסמתי שם, בכפוף לבדיקת מומחים בינלאומיים:
