2015-12-07 ISRAEL: Shin-Bet, Jewish terror, murder of the Dawabsheh family, and the inquisition...
===========================
HERE: Haaretz daily [Hebrew, missing from the English edition] in a front page headline today informs us that in investigation of the arson murders of the Palestinian Dawabsheh family in Kafr Duma, the Shin Bet is likely to resort to torturing the Jewish suspects.
Usually, torture is reserved for Palestinians.
OLDER NEWS: The case is beyond the absurd:
* A couple of months ago, Defense Minister Yaalon said that the identity of the perps is known, but that they could not be prosecuted, since it would have led to "exposing sources".
* Publications abroad (in Israel the case is heavily censored) explain that one of the 4 perps was an on-the-payroll Shin-Bet agent, who was part of the murder conspiracy, but did not actively throw the fire bombs into the bedroom of the Dawabsheh family...
* Over the past several weeks, international pressure has on Israel has increased to prosecute the case.
THEREFORE: The logical solution - torture the suspects until you extract confessions... The Israeli criminal justice system heavily relies on confessions. In several notorious cases in the past, convictions were based on false confessions, extracted through torture.

Every country helps out its own spies and murderers who have acted on behalf of the country. And the Jewish tribe…
