Most likely it is the first of its kind in the history of the State of Israel on several accounts. First - the criminal complaint, which outlines fraud of the Judge Varda Alshech school, including issuing "fabricated"/simulated/sham court records and holding "fabricated"/ simulated/sham court hearing, claims that such conduct is "extra-judicial" conduct, not covered by any judicial immunity. Second - the Commission on Judicial Selection is scheduled to review this Tuesday promotion of Esperanza Alon to District Judge, while a criminal complaint, which was forwarded by the Ministry of Justice to the Attorney General is pending. Conduct of the Commission under such circumstances will speak volumes on integrity of judicial appointments in Israel today...

קרוב לוודאי שזהו מצב תקדימי במדינת ישראל ממספר היבטים. בראש ובראשונה - תלונה פלילית, המפרטת הונאה מבית מדרשה של השופטת ורדה אלשייך, ובכללה המצאת כתבי בית דין "מפוברקים"/בדויים/למראית עין וניהול דיון "מפוברק"/בדוי/למראית עין, טוענת שזאת התנהלות "חוץ-שיפוטית", שאין חלה עליה כל חסינות שיפוטית. שנית - הוועדה לבחירת שופטים אמורה לדון ביום ג' השבוע במועמדותה של השופטת אספרנצה אלון לקידום לשופטת מחוזית, בשעה שתלונה פלילית, שהועברה על ידי משרד המשפטים לבדיקת היועמ"ש תלויה ועומדת. התנהלות הוועדה בנסיבות אלה, תאמר רבות על יושרת הליך מינוי שופטים בישראל היום.

OccupyTLV, June 4 - request was forwarded to the Israeli Commission on Judicial Selection to postpone the review of the candidacy of Judge Esperanza Alon for promotion to District Judge, scheduled for this Tuesday, in view of a criminal complaint pending against her. The complaint is on fraud, perversion of court records, perversion of court process, and breach of loyalty, all allegedly perpetrated under the guise of her authority a judge.
Both the complainant and the Ministry of Justice have forwarded the complaint for review by Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit.
The type of conduct, which is documented in the complaint, is similar to that, which was the subject of complaints against Tel-Aviv District Judge Varda Alshech. However, in the case of Esperanza Alon, the conduct was much more elaborate, and lasted for months. Moreover, when she was noticed of her fraudulent conduct, she answered with chutzpah: "a person, who is not a legal scholar wouldn't be able to understand the mysteries of court procedure... "
The explanation? It's simple! As noted in a recent report by News1, which read like a PR release, Judge Esperanza Alon is commended for "her attention to details"...
It is left to see how Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit would respond... But don't hold your breath... Police recommended the prosecute of Judge Yitzhak Cohen on serious sex crimes in chambers and sex crimes against minors, but even there, no indictment is coming anytime soon...
But neither Judge Alshech, nor Judge Cohen were promoted...

מאהל המחאה ת"א, 4 ליוני - בקשה הופנתה לוועדה למינוי שופטים לדחות את הדיון במועמדותה של השופטת אספרנצה אלון למינוי כשופטת מחוזית, שנקבע ליום ג' השבוע, לנוכח תלונה פלילית העומדת ותלויה נגדה. התלונה היא על הונאה, שיבוש כתבי בית דין, שיבוש הליכי משפט, והפרת אמונים, כולם על פי טענות התלונה - תחת חזות סמכותה כשופטת.
הן המתלונן והן משרד המשפטים העבירו את התלונה לבדיקתו של היועמ"ש אביחי מנדלבליט.
ההתנהלות המפורטת בתלונה דומה לזאת שהייתה נושא התלונות נגד השופטת ורדה אלשייך. אולם במקרה של השופטת אספרנצה אלון, ההתנהלות מורכבת הרבה יותר, ונמשכה חודשים. יתרה מכך, כשהוגשה לה הודעה על התנהלותה ההונאתית, ענתה השופטת אספרנצה אלון בחוצפה: "אדם שאינו משפטן לא יוכל להבין את רזי סדר הדין".
ההסבר? פשוט! כפי שמציין מאמר מהעת האחרונה ב"מחלקה ראשונה", הסוקר את התנהלותה של השופטת אספרנצה אלון, היא מצטיינת בעיקר ב"תשומת לב לפרטים"...
נותר לראות כיצד יענה היועמ"ש אביחי מנדלבליט... אך אין מה להתרגש... המשטרה המליצה להעמיד לדין את השופט יצחק כהן על עבירות מין חמורות, ובכללן עבירות מין בלשכתו ועבירות מין נגד קטינות, אך קשה לצפות שהפרקליטות תגיש כתב אישום בעתיד הנראה לעין...
יחד עם זאת, השופטת ורדה אלשייך והשופט יצחק כהן לא קודמו לאחר שהוגשו תלונות נגדם...
לפיכך, התנהלות הוועדה למינוי שופטים לגבי קידומה של שופטת, בשעה שתלונה פלילית עומדת ותלויה נגדה, תאמר רבות על יושרת מינוי שופטים בישראל היום...
