While media campaign hail Stanley Fischer a financial genius, the facts on the ground show his track record in Israel, as in Argentina before, disastrous!

Occupy Tel-Aviv, December 30 - a new Israeli historic public bond haircut was announced today - NIS 1.8 billions - by Elbit Imaging.
The pattern is by now familiar - banks provided corporations with huge loans with no adequate collaterals, in disregard of "sound banking principles", and issued public bonds. When corporations default, huge haircuts are affected, wiping off small investors savings - mostly retirement funds.
The haircuts, now announced, are only part of Stanley Fischer's legacy as Governor of Bank of Israel. Other parts include:
* The black hole of NIS 39 billions in Bank of Israel, resulting from unsustainable, failed efforts to devalue the Israeli currency against the US dollar.
* Unlawful subjection of Israeli banks to the US surveillance apparatus through FATCA.
* Placing Israeli banks above the law of the State of Israel.
In short: Thorough corruption of banking regulation in the State of Israel.
Stanley Fischer abruptly resigned earlier this year, and left Israel for the United States, where he took a temporary position with the Council for Foreign Relations, an institution of dubious reputation, controlled by Rockefeller.
Regardless of his miserable record in Israel, as in Argentina and CityGroup before,Fischer continues to be hailed by media a financial genius.
In contrast, already in 2001, none other than Economics Nobel prize winner Joseph Stiglitz raised concerns of treachery in Fischer's conduct in the International Monetary Fund.
Now Stanley Fischer is appointed No 2 at the US Federal Reserve. His appointment there promises more of the same for the United States...

מאהל המחאה ת"א, 30 בדצמבר - תספורת אדירה של 1.8 מיליארד ש"ח באלביט הדמיה התפרסמה היום.
הסיפר מוכר - בנקים נתנו הלוואות ענק לחברות ללא בטחונות מתאימים, תוך התעלמות מכללי הבנקאות האמינה, והנפיקו אג"ח לציבור. לאחר חדלון פרעון חובות, תספורות ענק ניתנות לחברות, וחסכונותיהם של המשקיעים הקטנים נעלמים - בעיקר קרנות פנסיה.
התספורות עכשיו, הן רק חלק קטן ממורשתו של סטנלי פישר כנגיד בנק ישראל. חלקים נוספים:
- הבור השחור של 39 מליארד ש"ח בבנק ישראל - תוצאת מדיניות קניית הדולרים שלא הייתה בת קיימא.
- הכפפת הבנקים בישראל למנגנוני הריגול של ארה"ב.

בקיצור - השחתה לעומק של הפיקוח על הבנקים בישראלץ.

למרות תפקודו הכושל כנגיד בנק ישראל, תפקידו ההרסני לגבי כלכלת ארגנטיה בזמן המשבר שם, כבכיר בקרן המטבע הבינלאומית, ותפקידו המרכזי בסיטיגרופ, שקרס זמן קצר לאחר שעזב תפקיד בכיר שם, פישר ממשיך לזכות בשבחים בתקשורת העולמית, כגאון פיננסי.
בניגוד, כבר ב-2002 העלה לא אחר מאשר חתן פרס נובל יוסף שטגליץ חשדוצ להתנהלות בוגדנית של סטנלי פישר בתפקידו בקרן המטבע הבינלאומית.
העובדות מראות שתחת כהונתו הבנקים בישראל הועמדו מעל לחוק, הוכפפו למנגנוני הריגול האלקטרוני של ארה"ב, והורשו להתעלם מ"עקרונות בנקאות יציבה" - בקיצור - השחתה של הפיקוח על הבנקים.
