דר' מוטי שפר, חתן פרס ישראל לביטחון: "כיפת הברזל היא בלוף!". הוא גם ציין שעד היום לא פורסם אף סרטון וידאו של "יירוט מוצלח". סרטונים מסוג זה היו הבסיס להוכחה שלמערכת הפטריוט היו אפס יירוטים מוצלחים במלחמת המפרץ הראשונה, בניגוד לטענות ממשלות ישראל וארה"ב.
