January 21 – following my recent publications, detailing perversion
of court records and court process in the Zadorov court file in the
Nazareth District Court and crooked conduct by judges, employing
fraudulent IT systems of the courts, I have received several
congratulatory messages. Among the senders were Uzzi Ornan –
senior linguistics and computer science professor and a well-known
public figure, as well as Attorney Avigdor Feldman. Attorney Feldman
is arguably the No 1 criminal defense attorney in Israel today, and
is also a notable Human Rights advocate and a public figure.

hope that in the near future a group of senior public figures would
make a call for an independent, transparent examination of IT systems
of the courts and prisons by IT and legal experts.
Current
conditions are absurd: In a state, where some of the founders of the
field of cryptology reside, and where some of the world's leading
data security corporations were founded, the justice and law
enforcement systems were hijacked through a large-scale fraud in IT
systems. Papers, which I published in academic conferences on
e-government abroad refer to such conditions - “unannounced regime
change”, and the imminent and serious danger to human dignity and
liberty is clearly demonstrated in the Zadorov affair.

[עברית להלן]English abstract:Roman Zadorov was purportedly convicted in the gruesome murder of 13.5 yo Tair Rada and sentenced to life in prison. However, there are neither lawful Verdict, Sentencing records, nor Arrest Warrant in his court file. Moreover, the Nazareth District Court denies access to a lawful Index of Judgments... Judge Yitzhak Cohen, who headed the panel, later resigned after police recommended prosecuting him on sex crimes, including sex crimes against minors. But the State Prosecution never filed the indictment to this date. In 2014, media reported that investigation was commenced into the suspicion that senior police and State Prosecution staff knew for years about the complaints of sex crimes against Judge Cohen, and therefore, he was susceptible to extortion... Judge Haim Galpaz, second member of the panel, who passed away in the meanwhile, signed neither the purported Sentencing nor the Verdict record... Judge Esther Hellman, the third panel member, has recently issued a perverted "Decision" record relative to request to inspect the court file... And in response to a "request for correction of a perverted court record", she issued a second perverted court record, claiming "technical difficulties" and asserting that perverted court record are valid court records... All along, Presiding Judge of the Nazareth District Court, Avraham Avraham, refuses to perform his duties and publish inspection procedures, and also refuses to explain the procedures for registration of lawful judgments in his court... Request for clarifications, filed yesterday with Judge Esther Hellman explicitly states that her conduct raises concerns of fraud, perversion of court records, obstruction of justice, and breach of loyalty. Beyond the abuse of the Roman Zadorov, an individual, the Zadorov affair exposed corruption of the justice system in Israel in an unprecedented manner!

תמונות: השופטת אסתר הלמן, שהייתה חברת המותב בתיק זדורוב, ומחזיקה בתיק עתה, הנפיקה לאחרונה שתי החלטות מפוברקות על בקשות לעיון בתיק זדורוב. השופט יצחק כהן היה ראש המותב, ש"פסקי הדין" שלו מיום 14 לספטמבר, 2010, מעולם לא נרשמו כדין בנט המשפט. בעת ששפט בתיק זדורוב, ידעו בכירים במשטרה ובפרקליטות שהוא חשוד בעבירות מין חמורות, ולכן היה פתוח לסחטנות. בתיק זדורוב, נמצאו עד עתה שלוש חתימות גראפיות שונות לחלוטין של יצחק כהן. חתימותיו של השופט חיים גלפז, חבר המותב, חסרות לגמרי על "פסקי הדין" של זדורוב... מי מכתבים אלה חתום בכלל בחתימה אלקטרונית כדין והוא כתב בר תוקף? אין לדעת... נשיא בית המשפט המחוזי נצרת מסרב למלא את חובותיו ולפרסם סדרי עיון בתיקים ולהסביר את סדרי רישום פסקי הדין בבית המשפט המחוזי נצרת.
